Condiciones del Ticket/ Ticket Conditions
Los asientos están reservados, pero NO están asignados, se accederá al tren por orden de llegada. The seats are reserved but NOT assigned. Seat selections will be by arriving order.
Deberán validar sus tickets con antelación en nuestras taquillas situadas en el Paseo de la libertad s/ n, minutos antes de la salida.
Tickets must be validated in advance at our ticket office located in Paseo de la libertad s/ n , 15 minutes before departure.
El horario puede sufrir modificaciones por motivos de operativa.
The schedule can be modified for operational reasons.
Política de Cancelación y Cambios/ Cancellation and Change Policy
Cancelaciones/ CANCELLATIONS:
Sin reembolsos: Una vez realizada la reserva, no se ofrecerán reembolsos por cancelaciones. NO REFUNDS: Once tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be made for cancellations Cambios /CHANGES:
Cambios de fecha: Se permiten cambios de fecha, sujeto a disponibilidad, siempre y cuando se notifiquen con al menos 24 horas de anticipación a la fecha y hora original de la reserva.
Date changes: Date changes are allowed (subject to availability), notifying the change of date and time at least 24 hours after the original reservation.
Audio: En caso de no disfrutar de la audioguía correctamente durante el viaje, no se le reembolsará el importe, se podrá modificar por otra hora según disponibilidad.
Audio-guide: If the audio guide does not sound correctly, you will have the option to take the trip again depending on our availability. No refund of the amount will be made.
Bonos: Los bonos adquiridos fuera de nuestras taquillas no son reembolsables y tampoco son válidos hasta que no sean canjeados en taquilla por una fecha y hora.
Vouchers: Vouchers purchased outside of our ticket offices are non-refundable and are not valid until they are exchanged at the ticket office for a date and time.
Importante/ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Fuerza mayor: En caso de cancelación del servicio, te ofreceremos un reembolso completo o la reprogramación del viaje, según tu preferencia.
Force Majeure: In case of service’s cancellation, a full refund will be made or rescheduling the trip, according to your preference
Confirmación de la reserva: Al realizar la reserva, el cliente acepta los términos y condiciones de esta política.
Reservation confirmation: Customer accepts the terms and conditions of this policy by purchising the tickets
Trainvision se reserva el derecho de modificar esta política en cualquier momento. TRAINVISION reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
